Orders placed before 12pm AEST on weekdays, will be shipped out same day. Please allow an extra 24-48 hours during sale + holiday periods.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing your tracking details, once your jewellery has been dispatched. If you don’t receive a confirmation email please check your junk or spam folder in the first instance.

Yes we do! All orders to PO boxes or Australia Post parcel lockers will be sent via Australia Post.

Yes we can! KKJ offer shipping to any postal address within Australia. If it is a business address please include the company name to make things easier for our shipping partners.  

Please get in contact ASAP to alert us to the updated address, prior to your orders shipment.

An order with an incorrect address may take up to 2 weeks to be received back to us, processed again and redelivered to you. If an incorrect address is supplied by you, we can’t be held responsible unfortunately.

A $12 shipping fee is incurred to re-ship orders that have been returned to us due to failed collection at the post office or if the wrong address is supplied by a customer.

If you choose not to have your order re-sent, a KKJ store credit will be issued.

If you are not home when your KKJ is delivered & it requires a signature, you will receive a card instructing you to collect your jewellery from the nearest pick up point; either a nearby postal depot or selected newsagent. Sometimes Australia Post may choose to leave the parcel in a safe location if it’s easy to do so, however this is not always the case.  

Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery in case of unforeseen hold ups. If you live in a rural area your parcel may take up to 14 business days to arrive. International delivery times vary and will depend on the country that you are shipping to.
